April 15th 2017 turned out to be quite a battle for America in Berkeley California. It was basically two groups (and several independent and sub-groups). There were the socialist/antifa/communists on the one side, and on the other side the proud-boys/pro-Trump/patriots. When the pro-Trump people declared that they would be having a rally on April 15th, shortly after the leftist groups decided that they would match them, and of course that means that the leftist will bring their violence. So the events leading up to this event, were a sign of what would come at the rally, where Based Stickman defends himself against Berkeley Brownshirts, April 2017 and punched one of the people in a gang that was chasing him and threatening him in a park in Berkeley, and of course just like any fascist would, the socialists called the cops after getting punched. Apparently “Based Stickman” aka Kyle Chapman was arrested on April 15th as well. I have reached out to him for an interview, so far I have not heard back yet as of 4/16/2017.
There were a few other minor scuffles leading up to April 15th. However the day of April 15th was every bit as violent as anyone anticipated.
There was a particular fascist, er I mean “antifa” that was posting on facebook that she was going to Berkeley on April 15th to collect the scalps of 100 (protesters).
Antifa girl threatens to scalp protesters, gets rocked with a fist to the face
Now apparently she is raising $80k on GoFundme or something. So first she threatens to kill 100 people, then she hits a guy in the neck, and then she gets rocked to the ground by the guy she hit in the neck, now she deserves $80,000?
After nearly two years of so-called “anarchists” and “anti-Trump” and “antifa” mob violence and protests, the American people are stepping up to shut down the violence in our country.
It is one thing to protest and use your voice to express yourself. It is a completely new level of protest to burn colleges, burn cars, and trash businesses to get your views across.
The definition of fascism from Meriam Webster dictionary;
” a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control early instances of army fascism and brutality — J. W. Aldridge”
When I think of fascism, I think of the socialists and the communists from the 1930’s and 1940’s in Russia, Germany and Italy. These were groups that identified as or with labor unions, and opposed capitalism and many of the things that the alt-left and the so-called “anti-fascists” identify with today.
Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin all gave many of the exact same speeches as antifa, BLM, and other socialist groups give today.
I am amazed that these rioters don’t see it, how they are acting just like the socialist brown-shirts that supported Hitler. Or maybe they just don’t care? Here is a protests of a leftist/socialist group that call themselves the “brown shirts in Pheonix AZ.
For many years I have been reporting on the conflict of the FBI, CIA and other government intelligence agencies crossing the line of fair, moral and justified to down right nefarious tactics when employing their “Counter Intelligence Programs” and other investigative techniques on American citizens.
In a letter to the judge to seek dismissal of the case against him, Ryan Bundy writes;
Ryan Bundy asks judge to dismiss his charges in Bunkerville standoff case
Ryan Bundy, who previously accused federal authorities of violating the Constitution when they seized his father’s cattle, now claims he has been denied his right to a speedy trial.
In a motion filed late Wednesday, Bundy asks a federal judge to dismiss his 16-count indictment on threats, extortion and related charges stemming from the 2014 armed standoff near his family ranch in Bunkerville. Prosecutors are trying the first of three groups of people charged in the case, and Bundy is in the second trial group.
“The speedy trial right trumps any countervailing problems with courthouse facilities, overburdened court staff, or caseload,” wrote Bundy, who is representing himself. “The very purpose of the speedy trial right is to disincentivize the filing of onerous, vexatious and unnecessarily complex cases (like this case).”
Bundy accuses the government of tactically delaying the case by structuring it “in a repetitive style with multiplicitous counts to give an appearance of complexity.”
The standoff occurred in April 2014, but prosecutors did not announce charges until February of last year. In the intervening period, federal investigators staged an undercover operation in which they posed as documentary filmmakers to gain access to the people involved.
Bundy asserts that the undercover FBI operation was the “real reason” federal prosecutors did not bring charges until two years after the standoff occurred. He accuses undercover FBI agents of using “attractive women” and “alcohol” to trick his supporters into giving incriminating statements.
“The government spent more than half a million dollars on the creation of a fake film company designed to trick defendants into making boastful, false and incriminating statements that could be used against Defendants,” Bundy wrote in his filing.
Defense attorneys previously argued that evidence gathered during the undercover operation should not be admitted at trial, but a judge sided with the government and ruled the statements were admissible.
Bundy further argues that several key defense witnesses have died in the three years that have passed since the standoff.
“Evidence and witnesses have gone missing and evaporated,” he wrote in his filing.
Among the witnesses who died was LaVoy Finicum, who participated in the Bunkerville standoff and later was shot by law enforcement during protesters’ occupation of an Oregon wildlife refuge in early 2016.
“Finicum was also the most important first-hand witness to the distressed and deteriorated condition of the cattle while in BLM custody,” Bundy wrote.
The people charged in the case accuse federal authorities of mistreating the cattle during the impoundment operation, but the judge has limited defense attorneys in what evidence they can introduce at trial related to cattle mistreatment.
Bundy and his brother, Ammon, who likewise is being held without bail pending trial, recently were acquitted on charges related to the 41-day standoff in Oregon.
In Wednesday’s filing, Ryan Bundy wrote that he has been held “in solitary confinement or in distant holding cells without legal materials or focused on other false federal charges in the U.S. District of Oregon.”
He is being held at Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump.
The U.S. attorney’s office declined to comment on Bundy’s filing.
What bothers me most about the left attacking Trump for his policies?
If these are the same people who supported Obama, and cheered Obama before, during and after his time as Commander in Chief, and they never once criticized his anti-liberty policies, never once criticized his anti-immigration polices, and never criticized his wars and his excessive bombing….
Then, I feel these people have no place at the table in criticizing these same things about Trump.
I can at very least say that I criticized BOTH Trump and Obama for these things. NOT just one or the other.
I was amazed that out of around 320 million people in the USA, apparently we could only get the worst possible choices for president this last election.
I have given many criticisms of Donald and the other candidates on YouTube. I hold myself accountable by making my opinions public and unchangeable (via youtube). Because so many people that give political opinions rarely own their opinions. This is the problem that I have with these people criticizing the new government in the USA, for doing the same things that Obama did in spades, and they did not offer any criticism to or for Obama (if you did, PROVE IT). I think of a partisan political supporter or voter as someone similar to someone who is a die hard football fan, spending all of their free time and extra cash supporting a team, that is getting rich from their support, but not really doing anything really productive for the fan. Supporting these career politicians, just because they give good talking points that align with your world-view does not mean that they actually support you or your world view. They are just appealing to your emotions, so that they get re-elected. Barack Obama was certainly proof of that.
I had a brother in law, who in order to reduce me tried to say that I was a George Bush supporter. Which is the most laughable accusation that I have ever heard. When even before I met him or his sister (whom I am still married to over 14 years later), I was writing blogs at www.behindzioncurtain.com and making videos and radio shows criticizing George Bush, and it was an obvious fact that I was a Ralph Nader supporter. The best way to clear the air there, is to go to www.archive.org and look up some of my old web addresses, such as www.UtahPirateRadio.com
(I lost control of those domains for a few years, but I recently got them back, however you can see the early 2000’s and even as early as 1999, that I was very critical of the right, and other establishment politicians, and I always have been)
I have been blogging, and writing since before the internet on Bulletin Board Systems and networks like Fidonet since 1992. I am extremely open about my political points of view. The people whom I presently question regarding their constitution and commitment, are the ones that refuse to own their views and opinions. I am still working on technology to sort out truth from untruthfulness. Reference; http://veracitylife.com
But regardless, those people who have a different point of view, depending on their audience, are the same types who never questioned Obama about the same things that they are rallying against Trump about.
Since the EU was formed in 1973 there has been a lot of skeptical optimism of how the European Union would be beneficial to the countries that have signed up. There are 28 member states currently in the EU, and there are at least 5 that are pushing to declare independence.
Currently the countries that are working on independence are (starting with the strongest push to the newest and less strong push); The United Kingdom which consists of Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland but we will count that as one member state since they all are governed by the same governing body, then there is France (Frexit) with the front runner in the France presidential campaigns Marie Le Pen, who praises Trump and is calling for a departure for the EU similar to Brexit, after that is Greece is who feeling the pain of being a member of the EU with constant bank meddling and austerity measures, and they are ready to leave the EU and convert over to the US dollar, and lastly there is Holland with Geert Wilders who is very much like Le Pen and who also sees the value in the Trump election and the Brexit departure from the EU. (more on the countries considering leaving the EU)
All of these countries are seeing massive crime and uprisings from refugees and immigrants, and massive departure of workers and contributors to their economic stability. They all see independence as the best route at least by the looks of their popular political candidates and leaders.
Combine that with the American people not only voting Trump in as president, but also voting for a majority conservative government in all branches this last election, it is clear that we are living in changing times.
What was interesting to me, and I have documented it before. Is that even the left and far left in the USA had been pushing for immigration limitations and reform, and pushing a highly nationalist agenda. Which I created compilations of Obama, Hillary and Bernie making very similar statements to what Trump’s immigration policies were.
Piers Morgan joins Sean Hannity and Joe Digenova to discuss the media bias against Trump.
This is an interesting discussion of the coup against Trump from the whitehouse regarding the recently leaked data regarding Michael Flynn
Sean Hannity and Piers Morgan also talk about the fake news, and the Clinton campaign connections during the campaign directly to the media such as with Donna Brazil and Hillary Clinton, where CNN leaked debate questions to Hillary’s campaign ahead of the debates.
This was a great discussion about the depths of the transgressions from the media and the people inside the shaddow government, that commit illegal acts to thwart political opposition.
Trump Brexit Documentary in the UK, Disruptarian media presents a documentary to discuss the vote to leave the European Union by Britain.. We will be interviewing Brits to learn more about their choice to leave the EU. The significance of how this relates to Donald Trump being elected, is that the consequences of both votes, seem to mean very similar things.
Which include ending trade deals that give more than take, ending massive immigration by both illegals and potentially refugees, and a restructuring of many government agencies.
As an American who is interested in the connection between these two votes happening at a very similar timeline and during a very critical moment in the world, where the world economy is becoming more global, and the governments are starting to merge into one less competitive regime, rather than many competitive countries. I intend to interview Brits and others throughout the world to find out what motivated this drastic change in two world super power’s governments.
Since January 28th 2016 a lot has taken place in this case. I am proud to announce that the verdict for 7 of the protesters in this case was “Not guilty”, this included Ammon Bundy, his brother Ryan Bundy, Shawna Cox, David Fry, Jeff Wayne Banta, Kenneth Medenback, and Neil Wampler.
The jury heard a lot of testimony during the court case, but I believe that the best report on how this played out is from an interview with Juror #4, and his explanation of why the jury came to a “not guilty” verdict. The Oregionian did a great job with this interview, and some of the details from Juror number 4’s testimony surprised me. Other parts of it, I fully expected.
This stuck out to me, which is what destroyed the prosecution’s case.
The judge floored us when she said that there was no statute against impeding federal officers (by force, threat, or intimidation), nor was there a significant penalty applied to criminal trespass. We all queried about alternative charges that could stick and were amazed that this ‘conspiracy’ charge seemed the best possible option. It was not lost on us that our verdict(s) might inspire future actions that are regrettable, but that sort of thinking was not permitted when considering the charges before us. More about Juror 4’s interview here
On the day that Lavoy Finicum was buried, I had my own vigil where I carried my rifle with me to the Maine State House where the capitol building is in Augusta.
I felt it was the least that I could do to honor Lavoy on the day he was buried February 5th 2016.
In life we either choose to go with the flow, or pave new ways. This show discusses what it takes to be disruptive, in both ideas and thinking, but also in lifestyle and real world daily applications. To become disruptive is to become resistant to mainstream society, almost as magnets of two opposite polarity. It is important to break away from the social norm, and the typical requirements of “normal society”. Breaking the mold is essential to progress This creates a plain of existence which you can become clear of distractions and obligations, and simply live, and create, and embrace new processes, new people, new places, new inventions, new companies, new and innovative idea, sort of like breathing for the first time, but every day.
In many shows we will talk about economics, and business. In other shows we will talk about lifestyle and social topics. We want to have a show at least once a month dedicated to call-ins and guest hosts. Right now we are trying to decide where we will host the radio show. This domain is actually dedicated to a book that I am writing. So we my host this show in the future at; http://sensilife.com
The Alaska Aerospace Corporation wants to develop a Pacific Spaceport Complex-Hawaiʻi, or PSCH, on Shipman lands in Keaʻau and is beginning the state and federal environmental assessment process for the project.
On February 6th 2019 the Alaska Aerospace Corporation had a community meeting for the local residents to voice their concerns as well as to learn more about the proposal and to be able to ask questions.
The meeting showed that the local citizens were highly opposed to the project and there were several vocal demonstrations within the meeting from local citizens.
I was not able to attend the meeting but I have had a lot of conversations with people who did attend, and neighbors who live close to our family (we live about 8 miles from the proposed location of this project). So I wanted to bring up the topic to a broader audience to get feedback from others, and to provide sources of information that I have been able to find.
So far not much information has been offered since they are still in the planning stages, and there is an environmental assessment pending. However this company also operates in Alaska (hence the name) and they do rocket launches there. So we can assess some of the history of this company and their operations.
Other topics in my broadcast was the State of the Union Speech by President Trump, and cannabis legalization in the USA and in Hawaii, as well as proposing the difference between legalization and decriminalization. At the end I touch a little on pollution and the greenhouse effect.
This year has been a wild year in the USA and in the World. Our family has been to 12 countries in the year of 2018, and we have experienced some wild issues while abroad and while back home in the USA.
The reason why I include that, even though it is from 2017, is because that experience launched us on a new journey. I felt a bit relieved to be traveling again, because there is so much of the world that I wanted to see. These travels took us to Europe, and then Mexico and finally back to the USA. I wrote a bit about our journey at WheresTheMap.info “Family Freed by Hurricane Maria to Take on A Special Project”
I had a goal of allowing my kids to see how the rest of the world lives, both pros and cons. To let them experience the beauty and wonder of the world! Which they joyfully did. I also wanted to learn about immigration and globalization from a foreign perspective, outside of my bubble in the USA.
It was a grand adventure, and we learned a lot. After spending all of that time abroad, we gained a new appreciation for the world that we live in. We also gained a new appreciation for the USA, and after seeing the economy since Trump took office, we were excited to get back to the USA.
This year entailed many new political changes, ones that I had hoped to see as far back as 2016 before Trump took office. We left the USA ahead of the election, because neither candidate appealed to us, and the whole political and economic system left a sour taste. However, in Puerto Rico when we arrived, I had made a video predicting that if Trump did four things, that he would go down in history as one of my favorites.
Dismantling the Federal Reserve
Giving Cannabis Back to the States (releasing it from federal control)
Punishing countries in trade who take advantage of us
Appointing a Supreme Court Justice who believes in preserving life and opposing Row Vs. Wade
Will Trump keep his campaign promises. Published on Nov 14, 2016
I thought that Trump would be a liar, as I said in that video. However, Trump has been keeping his promises right and left. He is one of the only candidates that I have ever saw, that has done so.
I reported on Obama’s presidency after he left office, and I noted the highlights of his presidency. I was sorely disappointed with result of that.
Obama broke nearly every major campaign promise that he made.
Trump has made a fair share of mistakes, I won’t grant him a free pass on everything just because he has done some things right. However most of those mistakes have to do with issues in his personal life, and do not directly reflect on the job that he has done while President.
Brett Kavnaugh will judge for 40 years after being falsely accused
The Judge Kavanaugh appointment was a major wake up call to the “silent majority”. I for one knew that the results of these accusations would either be that there would be no proof, and no conviction, or that all of the accusers would turn out to be liars, either trying to hurt Judge Brett Kavanaugh so that he would not be appointed for political reason, or because some of these psychos just enjoy gleaning the spotlight for themselves. Here is a follow up, now that the dust settled of where they are now, and what the results of their accusations were;
As it turns out, based on 5 accusations, 2 of them fessed up and said that their accusations were lies, and the main on Christine Ford, had no evidence, all of her witnesses would not corroborate her story, and all of the ones that she named as being present or involved, said they “have never heard of Judge Kavanaugh and did not know him”. She didn’t know when, where, how or who. But she was SURE it happened. Some of the other accusers have been referred to the FBI for criminal investigation regarding their erroneous accusations. The other 4 make the point for the main one, is that this was a giant political hoax. I lost friends over my support for Judge Kavanaugh. A few militant feminist who believe in the sexist ideology of “believe women”, rather than “believe facts”, some of whom I had been friends with for over 25 years. Now GONE. Good riddance, I don’t need that bias and dishonesty in my life anyhow.
Trump signed the Farm Bill that decriminalized hemp on a federal level, and gives the states the right to allow and regulate hemp as they see fit. This is an 80+ year prohibition that ended with Trump’s signature on the bill!
Trump is also working with Senators to give states the right to regulate marijuana/cannabis as they see fit also well. Reference (photo credit to)
The Criminal Justice act aka “The First Step Act” is also a step forward in reducing and ending mandatory minimums, and keeping people out of prison for minor offenses. Ref: https://www.cato.org/blog/first-step-passes-senate
Last but not least, in this review anyhow. Pulling out of Syria and Afghanistan! This is something that I have been talking about for years, and I have been praising Ron Paul for his thoughtful insight to these foreign wars.
Obama continued two foreign wars started by Bush, but then also waged 5 more wars without even getting congressional approval.
Trump however is bringing out troops home finally. ANOTHER campaign promise fulfilled!
The Democrats have been bewailing the troop deployments, and endless wars, every time a Republican wants to surge troops, or stay longer. But NOW, Democrats are desperate to stay at war all of the sudden. Amazing isn’t it?!
Well, like I said, it has been a crazy year! But good in many ways. We are on a fast track to recovery after going through 5 natural disasters. To note all of them it went like this.
September 6th 2017 Hurricane Irma, Puerto Rico
September 20th 2017 Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico
October 9th Hurricane Ophillia (we barely missed this one when we went to Ireland, but when we got there, there were still people without power. We booked our tickets in September, but had to wait to leave, because out flights were pushed out until October, for economic reasons)
Then in Mexico on June 3rd, as we were about to go to Guatemala for a short stay so that we could renew our tourist visa in Mexico, the Fuego Volcano blew right near the AirBnB that we booked. Fortunately we didn’t lose our money for our booking, but we never heard back from the owner of the AirBnB, and we can only assume some kind of tragedy took place for him.
After that, we came to Hawaii, and found the perfect home, but unfortunately it was 1.2 miles from the fisser 8 site where Kilauea blew just a month before. But our house was largely unaffected, and we were able to capture some fantastic drone footage during the lava flow.
